Smokey Dry Rub for Ribs

Updated: Feb 5, 2021

Here it is, just a really nice smokey dry rub for your favorite style of rib. We have used this on St. Louis style and babybacks and love it. The rub is just slighlty sweet and nicely smokey. We use Swerve Brown Sugar to cut down on the use of processed, high calorie sugars and the flavor is great. While Serve is not organic, it is NON GMO which is important to us.

Enjoy!

Perfectly cooked ribs

Ingredients

1 T Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute

1 tsp Pink Himalean Sea Salt

2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp ground mustard

1/2 tsp Allspice

1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

All the ingredients in the tub! (ok, you don't need a tub, a small bowl will do) Mix thoroughly and generously cover your rib meat of choice. For best results, we usually cover the "rubbed" meat in foil and place it in the fridge overnight to absorb more of the flavoring.
